More than a decade of Cornerstone OnDemand experience lives in how we work: which configuration choices hold under load, where the data feeds break between releases, how to build permissions structures that don’t need rebuilding every quarter. That depth doesn’t come from certifications alone. It comes from doing this, every week, across healthcare, government, and regulated organizations that can’t afford a learning platform that guesses.
The big consultancies can’t work this way. Their economics need project fees. Ours don’t.

What we don’t do
A few things we don’t do. We don’t bill by the hour; you pay for outcomes, not clock time. We don’t disappear after go-live; the relationship is the engagement. We don’t touch other LMS platforms, because Cornerstone is all we do. And we don’t sell strategy decks. If what you want is a slide about your AI roadmap, we’re not the right call. Month to month, either way. We’d rather earn the next month than hold you to paper.
