Why we built this
Your platform keeps running and keeps getting sharper, long after go-live. That’s the whole reason GroveDeck exists.
Hence the name. A grove is what grows because someone keeps tending it. A deck is the elevated platform nobody notices when it’s holding.
Most consulting ends at the launch. The firm runs the implementation, you go live, and keeping the system sharp is suddenly yours alone. We run it like infrastructure instead: managed around the clock, maintained proactively, with a Certified Cornerstone Expert accountable for the outcome, not the hours billed.
That experience lives in how we work: which configuration choices hold under load, where the data feeds break between releases, how to build permissions structures that don’t need rebuilding every quarter. That depth doesn’t come from certifications alone. It comes from doing this, every week, across healthcare, government, and regulated organizations that can’t afford a learning platform that guesses.
The big consultancies can’t work this way. Their economics need project fees. Ours don’t.
How we run your platform
Tooling we built and maintain in house monitors your system continuously, and it uses AI to do it. It keeps the daily work moving: learning assignments landing on schedule, reports returning real numbers, configuration holding where you set it, data feeds in sync, every release tested in UAT before it reaches your users. The tooling handles the volume; a Certified Cornerstone Expert handles the judgment, reviews what the tooling prepares, and owns every change to your live system. Nothing reaches your live platform without a person approving that specific change.

What we don’t do
A few things we don’t do. We don’t bill by the hour; you pay for outcomes, not clock time. We don’t disappear after go-live; the relationship is the engagement. We don’t touch other LMS platforms, because Cornerstone is all we do. And we don’t sell strategy decks. If what you want is a slide about your AI roadmap, we’re not the right call. Month to month, either way. We’d rather earn the next month than hold you to paper.
