Why we built this
Most Cornerstone consulting ends at go-live. The firm runs the implementation, you go live, and then you’re on your own. Admins burn out on ticket queues. Executives get reports they can’t trust. The platform drifts.
We built GroveDeck to run Cornerstone like infrastructure: monitored continuously, maintained proactively, with someone accountable for the outcome instead of the hours billed. The big consultancies can’t offer that; their economics require project work. Ours don’t.
The engine and the experts
The GroveDeck engine handles the daily monitoring around the clock: failed enrollments, broken reports, config drift, integration errors, release impact. - Bill by the hour. You pay for outcomes, not clock time.
- Disappear after go-live. The retainer is the ongoing relationship.
- Work on other LMS platforms. Cornerstone is all we do.
- Sell strategy decks. If you want a slide about your AI roadmap, we’re not the right call.
- Lock you in. Month to month. We’d rather earn the next month than hold you to paper.
