Your Cornerstone platform, owned and improving, so your team stops being its help desk

GroveDeck owns your Cornerstone OnDemand platform day-to-day: config, permissions, enrollments, reporting. Certified Expert + automation, month to month.

Outsourced Admin & Managed Services for Cornerstone OnDemand | GroveDeck

Your week goes back to the work that needed you

Cornerstone is all we do. A Certified Cornerstone Expert owns your tenant and the GroveDeck engine runs the daily work around the clock, so config, permissions, enrollments, and executive reporting stay handled before they reach you.

The report finance can trust, the enrollments that actually land, the permissions that match who should have access. The silent batch failure, the one-user-one-browser bug, the quarterly integration drift get caught by the engine and cleared by an expert while you never see them.

You keep the strategy and the relationships. We take the admin queue and the on-call load.

What’s covered

Most of this is work your team would do if they had the hours or the Cornerstone depth. We have both.

  • The work you never got to. The requests that have sat for months, the config debt, the reports nobody had time to build. We clear it. Outcomes, not hours.
  • Executive reporting. Completion rates, compliance gaps, workforce readiness your CHRO can actually use.
  • Config and permissions. Audited, cleaned, documented. We own the config so it stops drifting.
  • Enrollments and completions. Auto-assignment rules that reach the right people, completions that record correctly. We spot the misfires before they surface as tickets.
  • Release testing. Your tenant keeps working through every quarterly release. We test each one before it lands and clear what it breaks.
  • The deep edge cases. The cert rule that fires wrong, the legacy course that won’t complete, the SSO hiccup for one OU. Cornerstone is all we do, so the odd ones don’t stump us.

How the first 30 days go

Day one, the GroveDeck engine pulls your config and open tickets and we review the tenant against your org’s needs. Within ten business days Certified Cornerstone Experts are in your system on the three things worth doing first. By week three the backlog is moving. From week four on it’s a steady monthly rhythm: monitoring around the clock, a priority review, release testing on schedule. Each month the platform is measurably further along than the last.

Common questions

How fast can you actually start?

Within ten business days of signing, after a five-business-day written assessment.

We already have an internal admin. Does that change things?

Often in a good way. We take the on-call load, release testing, and executive reporting, so your admin can focus on work that needs human judgment.

What does “outcomes, not hours” mean in practice?

We don’t bill by the ticket. A flat fee, month to month, and we own the result: the platform runs cleanly, reports are accurate, enrollments don’t fail silently.

Is there anything platform ownership doesn’t cover?

Moving onto Cornerstone and building new course content are their own work (see Migrations and Content development). Everything in running your live tenant day to day is here: config, permissions, enrollments, reporting, release testing, and the backlog.

What if we’re mid-release or mid-audit when we start?

Good timing, usually. We begin by testing the current release and clearing what it broke, and we change nothing during the blackout windows you set. The audit gets easier from week one, not riskier.

What about Cornerstone’s AI features?

Part of running your tenant is knowing which ones are worth turning on. Skills intelligence is the most commonly useful, but only if your taxonomy is clean. Recommendation engines degrade fast on dirty completion data. We’d rather say “not yet” than let a feature quietly corrupt your skills data over six months. If your board is asking for an AI position, that’s part of the conversation too.
